Orient Star SD02002 Open Heart Review

The Open Heart features, you guessed it, an open heart/semi-skeleton dial design in addition to the signature power reserve indicator. The stainless steel indices reflect light beautifully to give the watch a nice conservative glimmer. In the case of the SDA02002W (white), it is very easy to notice the amount of patience that went into painting the dial, stroke by stroke. A tough sapphire crystal with anti-reflection coating covers the dial to keep the watch looking fresh and new. The different textures in the stainless steel case are worth noting, with polished stainless steel on the top and bottom layers and a single direction brushed steel that accents the center.
